1) Aubergine, Tomato And Mozzarella Pie
2) Slice Of Swordfish Baked In A Crust
3) Yogurt and grapes jars
SLICE OF SWORDFISH BAKED IN A CRUST – INGREDIENTS ( for 4 servings):
|4 slices of swordfish, 100g grated Parmesan cheese, 50 g parsley, the grated zest of one lemon, 50 g breadcrumbs, 250 g grape tomatoes, extra-virgin olive oil, salt|
|Preparation: Prepare a mixture of chopped parsley, the grated Parmesan cheese, the grated lemon zest and the breadcrumbs. Place the slices of swordfish on a lined baking tray and scatter with plenty of the mixture. Drizzle with oil. Bake at 200° C for 30 minutes until a beautiful crust forms on the surface. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes in half, sprinkle them with salt and sautée them briefly. Plate and serve.
