YOGURT AND GRAPE JARS – ingredients (for 4 servings):
|500 g grapes, 500 g plain whole-milk yogurt, 400 g sugar, 200 ml water|
|Preparation: Wash the grapes and remove their seeds, then heat them in a saucepan with the sugar and water until they have caramelised properly. Process with a hand-held liquidizer so as to create a thick, smooth sauce. Serve in glass jars, alternating layers of yogurt and sauce. Serve chilled.
