Il presidente di ReCOMed, Enrico Lupi, ha portato la sua testimonianza come relatore della seconda giornata dell’XI Conferenza sulla Dieta Mediterranea presso la Fiera Alimentaria di Barcellona, il 28 aprile scorso. A fine giornata, dopo la chiusura dei lavori, il Presidente Enrico Lupi ha anche ricevuto un premio dal Presidente della Fiera di Barcellona Jose Luis Bonet e dal Ministro dell’Agricoltura spagnolo Meritxell Serret.

EuroMed Summer School 2016
We are pleased to announce the 2nd edition of the Euro-Mediterranean Cooperation Summer School, taking place next  June 27th – July 1st 2016 in Cagliari (Sardinia). OpenMed Association and MaPE – University of Cagliari, with the support of ASCAME, CCIA-BML, CEEBA and Re.C.O.Med, and the contribution of Fondazione di Sardegna, organize the “Design your MED initiative!” – 2016 Summer School.
Main Objectives

improve competences and relations  of individuals interested in Euro-Mediterranean cooperation
share the Euro-Mediterranean projects experiences among participants and trainers
start the concrete design of proposals under the new Euro-Mediterranean funding instruments

Here is another participant to our Food Blogger Contest “A menu for the Mediterranean Diet” II edition: Sirley Kaston from Instanbul/TURKEY. In fact we had many food blogger from Turkey this year: thanks to our Turkish partner!

According to the Contest Regulations, each food blogger should have proposed a menu made by 3 recipes, to reinterpret in an original manner a “Mediterranean style” convivial meal:
FIRST RECIPE: Appetizer or first course including vegetables among ingredients;
SECOND RECIPE: second or main course;
THIRD RECIPE: dessert based on fruit.
