Ingredients: 40 dag wheat 15 dag sugar 30 dag dried apricots 10 dag raisins 20 dag dried figs 10 date palms Teaspoon of cinnamon Teaspoon of minced clove 2 little glasses of rose liqueur 15 dag of pomegranate grains A lemon and an orange Preparation: Boil the wheat until it softens, then add dried fruit and continue boiling. When it thickens, cool it and add liqueur, cinnamon and clove. Serve on a tray and spread pomegranate grains over it. Decorate with orange and lemon slices.
